Custom CNC Machining Services

One supplier for milled, turned and EDM-cut features on the same part. Tolerances to ±0.005 mm, prototypes in 7–10 days, production from 50 to 100,000+ pieces.

What we machine

Almost every machinable geometry, from simple as-machined workholding to complex multi-axis contours.

Metal parts

  • Aluminum alloy components — 6061, 6082, 7075, 2024
  • Stainless steel parts — 303, 304, 316L, 17-4PH
  • Titanium components — Grade 2 and Grade 5
  • Alloy and carbon steel parts — 1045, 4140
  • Brass and copper parts for electrical duty

Plastic parts

  • POM, PEEK, PTFE for wear and chemical resistance
  • PC, ABS, PA6/PA66 for housings and covers
  • Glass-filled grades quoted on request
  • Machined prototypes that later move to injection molding

Capabilities inside this service

Mixed processes on one purchase order means fewer interfaces to manage and one inspection report for the finished assembly.

3, 4 and 5-axis milling

Prismatic parts with deep pockets, thin walls and angular features machined in a single fixturing.

Live-tool turning

Cylindrical parts with cross-holes, milled flats and slots, avoiding a second operation.

EDM and grinding

Hardened tool steels, sharp internal corners and surfaces that need Ra-controlled finishing.

Typical tolerance and finish performance

Working values we hold in routine production, not best-case numbers from a single trial run.

Values are per drawing callout; tighter or non-standard requirements are reviewed by an engineer before quoting.

Prototyping and on-demand production

Two programs that use the same machines, the same fixtures and the same inspection plan — so the part that passes first article also passes in volume.

Prototype program

Fast-turn machined parts from 7–10 days, with DFM notes on the drawing before cutting starts. Ideal for design verification, fit checks and investor or customer samples.

On-demand production

Repeat batches with in-process CMM inspection and GD&T reporting, plus secondary operations such as anodizing, laser marking and assembly. Kanban and scheduled releases available.
