Machining services built around your drawing

Three core processes, one quality system. Most jobs start as a prototype and continue into repeat production on the same fixture and the same inspection plan.

Custom CNC machining

Turned, milled and EDM-cut parts in one workflow, so multi-feature components never bounce between suppliers.

CNC milling

3-axis and 5-axis milling for brackets, housings, manifolds and heat sinks with pockets, thin walls and tight hole patterns.

CNC turning

Live-tool turning for shafts, bushings, adapters and connectors — including cross-holes and milled flats in a single setup.

Why buyers move from local shops to JSHS

Most of our customers arrived with a drawing that was too expensive, too slow or too inconsistent to source at home. Here is what changes.

Tolerances that hold in production

±0.005 mm on critical features, verified with CMM reports and GD&T callouts — not just on the first article.

DFM feedback before you commit

An engineer reviews every RFQ for wall thickness, tool access, corner radii and datum strategy, and tells you what to change to cut cost.

Your IP stays yours

NDA signed on request, drawings stored on isolated servers, no customer parts or logos in our marketing without written approval.

Documentation you can audit

Material certificates, FAI reports, CMM data and plating certificates ship with the parts — the paperwork your quality team asks for.

Prototype to production continuity

7–10 day prototypes, then the same fixtures and inspection plan carry into volumes from 50 to 100,000+ pieces.

Logistics handled end to end

DDP, DDU or FOB Shenzhen. We consolidate, palletise, label to your standard and hand over tracking before the goods leave.

Materials we machine every week

An abbreviated list. If your grade is not here — 17-4PH, Inconel, PEEK GF30, glass-filled nylon — ask; we quote specialty stock daily.

How an order runs

No account setup, no minimum order for prototypes. The same path works for one piece or ten thousand.

Send drawings and quantities

STEP, IGES, X_T, DWG or PDF with tolerances, material, finish and target date. A photo of a sample part also works.

Quote with DFM notes

Price, lead time and a short list of cost drivers — usually back the same day, always within one business day.

Prototype and first article

Machined in 7–10 days. FAI report and CMM data sent before you approve the batch.

Production and inspection

In-process checks plus sampling AQL on finished lots; certificates packed with the shipment.

Shipping and tracking

Express, air or sea, DDP or FOB. Tracking and packing list sent the day goods leave Shenzhen.

Industries we supply

Each sector has its own documentation habits. We already know which ones yours will ask for.

Aerospace & UAV

Lightweight brackets, gimbal frames and airframe fittings in 7075 and titanium, with full traceability.

Automotive & EV

Motor mounts, busbar supports, sensor housings and prototype powertrain parts.

Robotics & automation

Joint housings, end-effector plates, gripper jaws and linear-stage components.

Medical & dental

Instrument bodies, housings and fixtures in 316L and titanium, machined to Ra-sensitive finishes.

Bicycle & e-bike

Dropouts, linkage plates, stem caps and battery mounts in 6061 and 7075.

Electrical & appliance

Heat sinks, busbars, enclosures and connector hardware in copper, brass and aluminium.

Questions buyers ask first

What is your minimum order quantity?
One piece. Prototypes and single replacements are routine; there is no tooling charge for machined parts.
How fast can you quote and ship?
Quotes usually return the same business day and always within 24 hours. Prototypes ship in 7–10 days, repeat orders from 5 business days.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send your NDA for review, or use ours. Drawings are never shared with third parties and are removed from production servers after the order closes.
Which files do you need?
A 3D model (STEP, IGES or X_T) plus a 2D drawing with tolerances, material and finish. If you only have a PDF, we can work from that.
