Capabilities: Tolerances, Materials and Finishes

The full specification sheet our engineering team works to — including the numbers we promise in production and the inspection evidence that ships with each lot.

Machining capabilities

Imported 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centers from Germany and Japan, plus turning centers with live tooling and EDM for the features milling cannot reach.

Milling

  • 3-axis vertical machining centers
  • 4-axis with rotary table
  • 5-axis simultaneous and 3+2 indexed
  • Pocket depth up to 4× cutter diameter

Turning

  • CNC lathes with live tooling and bar feed
  • Cross-drilling, milling flats, slots
  • Thread milling and single-point threading

EDM and grinding

  • Wire EDM for hardened and thin sections
  • Sinker EDM for sharp internal corners
  • Surface grinding for flatness and finish

Secondary operations

  • Heat treatment and stress relief
  • Surface finishing and plating
  • Laser marking and assembly

Inspection and documentation

The reason buyers in regulated industries stay with us: the paperwork is not an afterthought.

CMM

Coordinate measurement of critical dimensions with GD&T evaluation.

FAI

First article inspection report against a ballooned drawing before batch approval.

Material certs

Mill certificates traceable to the heat and lot number.

Process control

In-process checks plus AQL sampling on finished lots, 99.8% pass rate.
